The Department for Education have stated that secondary schools carry out Covid-19 testing, in school on Tuesday 4th January.
If you have not done so already, would you please consent for your child to be tested, in school on Tuesday 4th January 2022.

You can consent by completing the on-line form by following the link: https://forms.office.com/r/D1zzpVXLyT (you may have to copy & paste).

Hard copies of the forms wil also be available in school

So that we are able to plan for the testing day, we must have all consents completed and returned no later than Friday 3rd December 2021. If you have already consented for your child to be tested, you are not required to consent again.

Lateral Flow Testing kits will be available for students to collect from the dining room at lunchtime on Thursday & Friday this week. The government guidance still recommends that students test at home, twice weekly.
