Bradford Walk of Faith

Added: December 10th, 2014

On Saturday 6th December, a group of students from school went on the Bradford Walk of Faith. This was an amazing experience as it allowed us to visit six different places of worship and find out about the different religions. What was very impressive is how the Christians, Muslims, Hindus and Sikhs are all working together to show the richness of faith in Bradford. We were welcomed into each place of worship and a member of the community gave us an insight into their religion and how they practice it.

Year 9 student, Elaf Rizgar commented, “I enjoyed this trip to all five of the religious worship places as I learnt a lot of things that have helped me understand the religions more and the changes that have happened to the area over time.
